By accessing and using SheServes' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

SheServes provides professional event planning and management services, including but not limited to event setup, food service, bartending, coordination, and vendor management for various occasions including weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Booking and Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide reasonable access to the event venue
• Communicate any changes or special requirements promptly
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism

Limitation of Liability

SheServes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

Force Majeure

SheServes shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
